✏️ graphics, illustrations, 3D renders, and logo designs

Recreating scenes in Blender3D and Cinema4D.

Showing a variety of projects that allowed me to grasp 3D modeling, rendering, animation, texturing, lighting, and the rest of the 3D pipeline.

About

Every model was started from a solid base (square, plane, circle, etc.) Allowing me to learn concepts like subdivision, UV mapping to apply textures, and the versatility to sculpt and mold shapes into whatever I wanted to. The beauty of 3D is that you can imagine anything… and redevelop it in 3D. My goal is to get efficient enough in 3D where I can ‘world build’ and just roam around in the metaverse that I’ve created. Additionally, I aim to learn compositing so I can fuse 3D with real footage alongside HDRI maps… eventually moving into SFX.

Fluid Dynamics & Reflective Glass

About

Rendered 3D still with Cycles render - Transparent wine glass utilizing Blender’s fluid dynamic simulation with shader. Plan to reapproach this utilizing KeyShot.

The final scene export with Blender Render. I would remove the gloss look and render it with Cycles next time around. Also, I would love to get that glass chandelier shining more appropriately.

About

Similar to my above 3D ocean coast recreation. I designed an interior living room as a practice project to learn 3D modeling. This project allowed me to custom shape furniture, pillows, and UV mapping for adding textures. Now using ‘Substance Painter’ for texture development. This project was honestly really fun… because I got to push my trusty Lenovo Thinkpad laptop to it’s limit with it breathing heavy steam from the 3D environment’s load.

Top Shelf

This was a college project for CGI class which my partner and I had a 1 week timeline to model, animate, and texture the short.

The story entails two toys that are stuck in the “clearance” section of a toy store. Everyday, they feel neglected as the “Top Shelf” toys constantly find homes. The two toys devise a plan to get to the Top Shelf, simply to get a taste of what it’s like to be a high priced toy.

This logo was developed while acting as Chief Marketing Officer of the student organization.

Logo Design Thought Process & Things To Know :

The logo had to represent GSU and a large part of being apart of Georgia State University is it's engraved into Downtown Atlanta. Georgia State University's mascot is a Panther. PantherHackers, the club itself, is GSU's leading innovation club winning numerous student org awards through it's fostering of technology innovation, start-ups, and creativity.

The "Panther" is the type face "Amethyst" which was chosen based off of the geometric lines and it's direct influence in computer networks and machine learning algorithms. The geometric lines really push the scientific feel. The silhouette of Atlanta was implemented to directly express the club being apart of the heart of downtown Atlanta.
